Alrite lads heres the weeks training schedule:-
Monday: 8 - 9:30am on the crumb, gym in your own time.

Tuesday: 2nds run thrus 12-1pm on the crumb

Wednesday: 2nds home 11am ko v Heriott Watt (social event to be announced)

Thursday: 3:30 - 5pm at the top pitches gym 5-6pm. Team for Saturday will be up by Thursday night.

Saturday: 1st's away to Strathmore
